Joe was introduced to tennis at the age of 14 by a National Junior Tennis League (NJTL) program founded by Arthur Ashe and run out of his local, southeast Washington DC recreation center. By age 18, Joe held the men's number 1 ranking in the USTA Mid-Atlantic Section.
Joe earned tennis scholarships to Hampton University, where he played for two years, and Southern University. Joe began winning matches at satellite tournaments his junior year at Southern University, which catapulted him into touring status where he earned invitations to the US Open and Wimbledon. Joe earned the number 1 ranking in the USTA Southwest Region while on the tour, and he earned the number 1 National ranking after retiring from the tour. As a coach, Joe has guided several elite players to earn college and university scholarships, and he has accompanied touring professionals. Joe has substantial Tournament, League, and Pro Shop management and administration in private country club and public court settings.
Joe’s coaching emphasis continues to be elite player development.

Tom has provided tennis instruction at the Phoenix Tennis Center for the past 15 years. Tom has been instrumental in running league and tournament play.
A USPTA certified Elite Pro, Tom has over 40 years-experience as a coach, teacher, and player. Tom played varsity tennis at the University of Miami where he earned a degree in engineering. Tom lived in the Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico for 13 years prior to moving to Arizona. Tom is married and has three sons and 4 grandchildren.
Tom provides private and group instruction to adults and juniors.

Kim was introduced to tennis at the age of 13. The following summer, the National Junior Tennis League was founded, and served as a boost to Kim's tennis career.
Kim played number one all four years of high school, the first two in Alexandria, VA, and the final two years in Pittsburgh, PA. At Brashear High School, Kim qualified for the Pennsylvania State High School CrossCountry, Track and Tennis State Championships. That same year, Kim won his first Men’s Open Doubles Championship at age 17. Kim accepted the opportunity to play Division I tennis at the University of Pittsburgh. While at Pitt at 18 years of age, I started to win numerous Men’s Open Singles, Doubles and Mixed Doubles tournaments in Pittsburgh, Ohio, Kansas City, Kansas and Kansas City, Mo.
At 20, Kim began teaching private lessons. For 2 years, Kim was selected to work booths at Arthur Ashe kids day at the U.S. Open. For 5 years, the USTA sponsored Kim to the National Tennis Teachers workshop in New York. And, one year, the USTA sent Kim to the Recreational Tennis Teachers Workshop in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The last 12 years, Kim coached tennis at Mt. View High School in Mesa, AZ and was as named Arizona Division I Boys Tennis Coach of the Year in 2016 and Kim coached the Arizona State 5A-1 High School Singles Champion.
Kim's motto is: Fitness, Flexibility, Technical Proficiency and Mental Toughness.

Vincent Turpin has more than 12 years of tennis instruction and junior program coordination experience. As a player, Vincent earned a 5.0 level from the Tennis Academy of Paris, and served as a captain of a team in the National Division League. As an agent, Vincent assisted scouts identify and develop the next generation of of ATP tour players. And, Vincent has served as a coach for private clubs, high schools, and public facilities in both France and Arizona.
